You cannot permanently get out of jury duty, but you can put it off with a good reason. Any reason would work on the first request. The second request may be a problem, but you can typically get out of jury duty twice without a problem.
Eventually you will have to show up and likely get dismissed. People who are on the jury are usually the vanilla people (not necessarily white). If you want to be on the jury you are usually dismissed.
